עלייה במספר ניתוחי החזה

ניתוחים פלסטיים ב-2018: עלייה במספר ניתוחי החזה, ירידה במתיחות הפנים. 

האיגוד לכירוגיה פלסטית בישראל פרסם נתונים על ההליכים האסתטיים הנערכים מידי שנה בארץ והפתיע עם נתונים המצביעים עלייה בדרישה לניתוחים אסתטיים.  על פי הנתונים כחצי מיליון ישראלים ביצעו הליכים אסתטיים במהלך 2018 או ליתר דיוק נדגיש כי בשנת 2018 כולה בוצעו/יבוצעו בישראל 455,973 הליכי אסתטיקה רפואית, מהם 197,435 הזרקות בוטוקס בגברים ובנשים, 74,744 טיפולים של מילוי חומצה היאלורונית בקרב גברים וגם בקרב נשים וכן 15,686 טיפולי פילינג מסוגים שונים.

 

עוד עולה מנתוני האיגוד כי במהלך 2018 בוצעו 8,861 ניתוחי הגדלת חזה וכ-200 אלף הזרקות בוטוקס. 52 תלונות הוגשו נגד מתחזים למנתחים – רק אחת הבשילה לכדי כתב אישום.

עוד עולה מהנתונים כי ב- 2018 בוצעו בארץ 64,687 ניתוחים פלסטיים הכוללים 8,861 ניתוחי הגדלת חזה ועוד 540 ניתוחים להגדלת חזה עם שומן עצמי, 6,973 ניתוחי שאיבת שומן, 4,674 ניתוחי אף, 3,739 ניתוחי עפעפיים, 3,561 ניתוחי הרמת חזה, 1,954 ניתוחי הקטנת חזה בקרב נשים ו-718 ניתוחי הקטנת חזה בקרב גברים (גינקומסטיה).

עוד נערכו בשנת 2018 במערכת הציבורית והפרטית 2,782 ניתוחים לשחזור השד בקרב חלק מהנשים שהתמודדו עם סרטן השד או בקרב נשים נשאיות הגןBRCA1/2 שבחרו לבצע כריתה מונעת אשר מפחיתה את הסיכון לחלות בסרטן השד.

מהו הניתוח הפלסטי הפולופארי בישראל ?

זו השנה הראשונה שבה האיגוד מפרסם נתונים כאלה, כך שאין בידיו כדי להשוות לשנים האחרונות כדי להצביע באופן מובהק על שינויי מגמה. עם זאת, סקר אנונימי שערך האיגוד לאחרונה בקרב כ-140 מנתחים פלסטיים מומחים, במטרה לבדוק את התנודות במגמות הביקוש לניתוחים השונים בשנה האחרונה, מצא שהחזה מטפס בעלייה בביקושים לטיפולים כירורגיים. בכל הקשור לעלייה בביקוש, נמצא במקום הראשון ניתוח הרמת חזה עם 48% מקולות הרופאים, ובמקום השני נבחר ניתוח הקטנת חזה עם 31% מהקולות.

במקום השלישי נבחר ניתוח מתיחת בטן (28% מהקולות). באשר לירידה בביקוש בשנה החולפת, במקום הראשון נבחר ניתוח מתיחת פנים (47% מהקולות), במקום השני ניתוח הגדלת חזה (32% מהקולות) ובמקום השלישי הליך עיבוי שפתיים במקום (29% מקולות).

יצוין שניתן היה לסמן מספר תשובות ולכן הסיכום גדול ממאה אחוזים. עוד נמסר כי 52 תלונות נגד מנתחים מתחזים הוגשו מתחילת 2018 על ידי האיגוד הישראלי לכירורגיה פלסטית – ורק אחת הבשילה לכתב אישום. מדובר בתלונות שהוגשו למשרד הבריאות, למשטרת ישראל ולהסתדרות הרפואית, שהיה בהן להעיד על הליכים מסכנים למטופלים. כך למשל, כתב אישום היחיד שצמח שהוגשה (לפני למעלה מחודש על ידי פרקליטות מחוז המרכז במשרד המשפטים), מייחס לבן 31 מכרמיאל ארבעה אישומים של התחזות לרופא ולאח מוסמך תוך זיוף מסמכים וביצוע בעשרות נשים הזרקות קוסמטיות שרק רופא מוסמך לעשות.

"משרד הבריאות צריך לנקוט בגישה נמרצת וחד משמעית מפני המתחזים ולאכוף את ההנחיות שאותם משרד הבריאות עצמו כתב", אומר היום ד"ר מאיר כהן, יו"ר האיגוד. "עד שמשרד הבריאות יאמר את דברו, על הציבור לשים לב ולבדוק היטב מי הגורם שמעוניין לטפל בו כדי לא להיפגע ולהפוך לקורבנות של בצע כסף".
